Cassie came to us as a senior stray. You could tell immediately she hadn’t had a very good life. Her ears were a mess and had “cauliflowered” (third photo) from chronic ear infections that caused her to lose her hearing. She has masses all over her body, which are all benign, thankfully. She was emaciated (fourth photo) and could barely walk. Her entire body was covered with yeast, and she had so much hair loss. She has bad hips, but Adaquen has been a saving grace for her. She has been completely vetted and is feeling so much better!
She is now looking for her forever home. We don’t know if that’s going to be for weeks or months or years. She is the sweetest old girl ever. She just wants to be fed and pottied, then curls back up on her bed with her blanket. She loves treats and head and back scratches! She may only have a short time left on Earth, but she deserves to have it filled with love and attention and kindness.
