How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?
We were able to keep our adult (and largest) cat room free of URI and ringworm due to the ease of cleaning with two Feline Snoozers cat trees. They also helped us adopt out our more-shy kitties because, instead of hiding in a regular cat tree, they would hang out in the cubbies and see the other kitties getting human attention!

One of our most recent shy kitties, Ladybug, came to us from a feral colony. She was in a very good foster home, but only got exposed to the two adults in the home.
She came to our adult cat room on Nov. 30 and stayed hidden in a crate for the first week. We could see her exploring the room at night and, after a week, she was sleeping in the bottom cubby.
She slowly started to become more social and now her favorite spot is in the top round bed so she can get all the attention! We are sure her forever family will pick her soon!
