We had several big success stories with adoptions during this event.

Our dog Brozelle (first photo), a longtimer of 351 days, found her forever home. Brozelle lived in foster care (the second photo shows her with her foster mom). She was a great dog with a great deal of energy but was unable to find a match. In addition, Brozelle preferred living as an only dog, which also made it harder to find the right family.

Her foster mom was very active and took Brozelle on daily hiking adventures. Finally, during this event, a match was found and Brozelle has been happy in her new home for 33 days!

Another big success was our senior girl Jewel (third photo). Jewel was a great dog, but being a senior made her a harder fit for many families. The reduced fee brought out a family interested in meeting Jewel and she has been happy in her new home for 32 days!

We also had a bonded pair of cats, Denim and Alemi (fourth photo), who were long-timers with us. Returned from adoption in the past year, they had spent more than 90 days with us the second time around. They were great young cats but kept missing out on getting adopted. During this event, they found their new mom and have been happily in their new home for 24 days!
