How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

We successfully found loving homes for multiple pets, including both cats and dogs. These homes are not only great but also come with the added benefit of a reduced adoption fee.

As part of your generous grant, we encouraged adopters to use the money saved to purchase a special toy for their newly adopted pet or contribute it towards pet insurance. This arrangement creates a win-win situation for all parties involved.

We are immensely grateful for the grant we received. It has alleviated some of the stress associated with medical bills that adoption fees alone cannot cover. By reducing the adoption fees, we have brought joy to both the adopters and the pets.

Paulette and Paris (first photo) were a bonded pair, and it is very difficult to find homes for bonded pairs. On top of that, Paulette had significant medical issues and expenses. Because of this grant, we were able to keep their adoption fees low and they were adopted together as a bonded pair.

We also had Ariel (second photo), who has epilepsy, making it very difficult to find her a home. Her medical bills were substantial, and she is on lifetime medication. Again, we were able to keep her adoption fee low and find her an amazing home.
