How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

This grant was incredibly beneficial to both our organization and our pets. The funds from this grant allowed us to post some of our longest residents with reduced adoption fees, which brought lots of attention to them that otherwise would've been directed elsewhere.

We are so happy that our longest residents received some special attention and extra love thanks to the Kia Pet Adoption Grant! Our rescue also gained lots of new supporters thanks to this grant, and we could not be more grateful!

One of our pets who was helped by this grant is Juanito.

Juanito found himself at a local city shelter where he was eventually given a deadline. Thankfully, our rescue was able to pull him and send him to a loving foster home where he worked his hardest on training to become the best boy he could be.

About two months after he joined his foster family, we were awarded the Kia Pet Adoption Grant! His forever family came along not too much later and they knew instantly that he was the perfect addition to their home.

Thanks to the funds and extra exposure provided by the Kia Pet Adoption Grant, Juanito found himself an amazing forever family, and we could not have asked for a better outcome for this sweet boy. He now lives happily with his four fur-siblings in a home full of love, belly rubs, and endless treats!
