Gizmo (the black and white dog in the photos) and Bambi (the fawn-colored dog) were surrendered to Saving Great Animals by local law enforcement when their owner was arrested for drug trafficking. Both dogs had been neglected and Bambi had been overbred to the point of having several medical issues.

We were able to support both dogs in our transitional housing program while they recovered and were ready for a foster home. Both dogs have now been adopted by loving families.
