How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

It was the best ever for the cats! We got an indoor cat house for quarantine and the infant area. Right now, we have six orphan kittens in there with the heating pad. We also got indoor cat climbing shelves. It took the cats a few days to figure it out, but now they love it. The older ones likes to climb up high and sleep in there.

An abandoned mama cat and her four babies were able to stay in the cat house during quarantine and while she was nursing. This story has a happy ending: Everyone has been adopted! The best part is that Mama was adopted with one of her babies (first photo).
