We used grant funds to purchase Chuck-it ball launchers, balls, Nylabones, and snuffle mats for dogs in our care. The mental and physical activity helped our dogs stay happy and challenged, released stress, and decreased boredom.

Teddi is a senior dog in our care who was surrendered by her family after her original owner passed.

Teddi was confused and unsure. She lacked the confidence to be adopted out quickly.

Searching for kibbles on the snuffle mat was a favorite pastime for her. In just a few days, she relaxed and we were able to find her a new forever home.
