The Kongs helped several of our forever foster dogs who have a variety of physical disabilities, health issues, and/or anxiety/separation anxiety and need enrichment activities.

Please provide a story of one or more specific pets this grant helped.

In particular, the Kongs helped Bowie, a young blind and deaf cocker spaniel who had been found wandering the streets in southern Florida. The Kong has been a great enrichment toy for him.

As you can see in these photos, he got the hang of the Kong quickly and it became a part of his daily activities while he was in his foster home. It also went with him to his forever home, where he is thriving.
