How did this grant help your organization and the pets in your care?

The P.L.A.Y. beds we received we used by our dogs and our cats.

Most shelters have cement floors, and these warm and soft beds were so appreciated by our dogs. Our cats are loose in the lobby and we have the beds on the counters and the cats are always lying on them.

How many pets did this grant help?

Forty. All our dogs and cats took turns using the beds.

We have an 83-lb. American bulldog named Chevy (first photo) who absolutely loves having a soft bed and he so enjoyed the comfort of these Chill Pads. Our smallest dog is a 6-lb. Chihuahua named Chloe (second photo) and she never missed a chance to lie on the bed. Also included are photos of two of our cats, Bridgette and Harmony. Thank you so much.
