The P.L.A.Y Pet Beds Grant has given so many of our dogs a comfortable play to lie, but one very special girl named Lucy benefited from this grant the most.

Lucy and her six newborn puppies were found in an abandoned house. After receiving medical care, Lucy and her puppies spent the next eight weeks in a loving foster home. Once the eight weeks were up, Lucy came back to the shelter to be spayed and placed up for adoption.

Being a momma dog, Lucy needed an extra special place to lie while she recovered. The P.L.A.Y Pet Bed was the perfect bed for Lucy while she healed. These beds are extremely easy to wash, which made them great for daily use while Lucy recovered. Lucy and all of her puppies have since been adopted.
