We were able to get more pets adopted out in a shorter amount of time by reducing our rates to the public. With the Kia Pet Adoption Grant, we didn't lose money on the adoption fees.

Scooby (first photo) was our longest resident. Coupled with the reduced rate thanks to the Kia Pet Adoption Grant and a video sharing his story, he was adopted.

The reduced fee made it too good to pass up for the woman who came from out of state to adopt him. He’s already been on a beach vacation and is living his best life. Yay, Scooby!
