Because of this grant, we were able to offer a low-cost adoption for Norman, a collie mix (first photo), and a no-cost senior adoption for 15-year-old Fifi (second photo).

Norman is a beautiful collie mix who was pulled from our local high-intake shelter when his time ran out.

Norman was missing most of the fur along his back and had a mouthful of missing and broken teeth that needed removal. He also had a lump on his neck that needed to be removed.

Once all his vet care had been taken care of, Norman hung out with his foster family for three months waiting for a home of his very own. Just today (June 30, 2023) Norman found his family and became a big brother to his two kitty siblings.
