Once upon a time, in the bustling streets of San Antonio, there lived a small, pregnant female dog named Coral. She was a resilient and street-smart pup who had survived on her own for far too long. One warm evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, Coral’s luck took a turn for the better. A kind-hearted animal rescuer named Maria spotted her near a park. Seeing the pregnant dog’s weary and forlorn state, Maria couldn’t leave her to fend for herself any longer. With a gentle touch and soothing words, she managed to coax Coral into a makeshift leash, and together they headed to the nearby animal shelter.
