This money was used to care for a kitten named Little Bit. Little Bit had a severely injured leg that needed amputation.

This grant helped cover the cost of the amputation. Due to COVID-19, our vetting expenses are up over 30% compared to pre-COVID. This grant helped ease some of the hardship of expenses.

Little Bit was found by a good Samaritan and dropped off at a local vet. The vet contacted AJL to see if we would intake, which we did. We got her all fixed up and she’s now living her best life. She has been adopted!
